3.0" Wormy Cherry Tree Talker Slate

This is a 3" Slate Tree Talker in a Wormy Wild Cherry pot. This call was designed with the hunter in mind. Creeping into the turkey woods in the early morning and then a close by Tom sounds off. It is very hard to refrain from grabbing your favorite call and answering him. So many times you do that and so many times he bails out the other side of the tree he is roosted in. My key to calling to birds on the roost and having them come my way has been this little call. Quiet cutts, purrs, and morning clucks are easy to produce with this call. Just work this call with little pressure and it will mimic the sounds of a roosted hen. I make this call in several different woods and in two sizes 3" and 3.25". The 3.25" call has a little lower pitch. When loud calling is not needed use this call. On quiet days use this call for some low volume yelps by working the the call a little harder with your handcrafted striker which is included along with a call bag.
