Hippo Ivory Trumpet Call

This turkey trumpet is made from Hippo tooth ivory. The tooth itself was 70% solid Ivory so I was able to use the natural inside taper for the bell of the trumpet. The call is fitted with a aluminum band and a 30/06 shell casing as a transition section to the mouth piece. The mouth piece is cut from a camel leg bone. This call has excellent volume and will produce all the sounds of the boss hen turkey. This call is considered highly collectable.
